ABOUT KRISTA HEIDE
Krista is a visual artist, workshop facilitator and pastoral teacher who is passionate about the connections between creativity, spiritual formation and trauma informed care.
Krista has a Bachelors degree in Pastoral Ministry, and is working towards her Masters of Arts degree in Theology & Culture. She is also a Spiritual Director in training. She preaches and teaches regularly at the Winnipeg Centre Vineyard church, and serves on Vineyard Canada's creative initiative.
After taking several courses in trauma informed care and expressive arts, Krista loves to use these skill sets to encourage whole mind integration through her workshops, teachings and creative endeavors.
She is a wife, mother of three, and resides in Winnipeg, MB.

Birch & Brush is a collection of Krista Heide's nature inspired home decor items. Her creations include reclaimed wood coasters, paintings on canvas & reclaimed wood boards, as well as paper prints and greeting cards. You will occasionally find Birch & Brush at local Winnipeg craft markets, or you can contact Krista to purchase items personally.
